Why Should I Consider Getting Dental Implants?

Improve Chewing

If loose, broken, or missing teeth are making it difficult or painful to chew, dental implants are a perfect option.

Smile with Confidence

Tired of covering your mouth when you smile or laugh? Implants can instantly replace embarrassment or shame.

Improve Oral Health

Poor oral health can result in additional issues, like bad breath or heart problems. Implants can help to rectify that.

Dentistry Redefined

The dental implants at Concierge Dental Group are small, sturdy, titanium posts that are designed to replace the root structure of a naturally growing tooth. During the dental implant treatment, a small titanium metal rod is implanted into the jaw bone, where it effectively fuses with the bone, providing stable support for any number of dental prosthetics.

Once properly stabilized, dental implants are designed to hold a crown, bridge or over-denture in place just like the root of a natural tooth. Dental implants at Concierge Dental Group are used frequently to replace single teeth or a full set of teeth for a natural look and feel.

In-House Cutting-Edge Technology

Gone are the days of goopy impressions and waiting months for your implants to arrive.

We use 3D imaging to simulate a model of the mouth. Digital impressions are faster and more accurate– requiring fewer remakes and visits. Additionally, because 3D imaging helps us better understand your bone structure, it ensures a safer procedure.

By utilizing digital technology in our office, we are able to place implants immediately.

"I have avoided the dentist at all costs as I have had several unpleasant experiences. I started my journey with Dr. Ben Oppenheimer in January. I had a full upper replacement (implants). Dr. Ben and his team are the most understanding, respectful, kind, and gentle people I have ever had the pleasure of working with!"
- Maureen B.
"After years of pain & not being able to eat the foods I love I found Dr. Ben Oppenheimer & Concierge Dental Group. Not only did Dr. Ben relieve my pain, he also made it possible for me to enjoy anything I could want. Dr. Ben is awesome & caring in everything he does. From the front desk, to the people in the office, & every worker I was treated with concern, respect & kindness."
- William P.
"I scheduled my consult for mini implants with Dr. Ben and he ended up cancelling his lunch and performing the initial procedure that day! All the staff, from the front to back, were all compassionate and friendly. You don’t feel judged in any way, as I’ve previously felt at other offices. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Ben and the entire office."
- Crystal H.
"From the first time I went into this office I was greeted with respect and a genuine regard for what was best for me. I had many dentists over the years who kept drilling and crowing teeth that would fail. I was going weekly for years until I came across Dr Ben and his team. They put a comprehensive plan in place and worked with my finances to allow me to have full upper and lower dental implants."
- Christopher D.
"I have been a patient of Dr. Ben for over 10 years and have always received excellent care from everyone at Concierge. Today I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Laura. She was so kind, gentle and very encouraging. The staff's people skills are second-to-none. Everyone there truly do care about the patients. I love the peaceful atmosphere as you walk through the building."
- Valerie L.

- Lori D.
"I can’t thank Dr. Ben and all his team enough for the care they all put into my dental implant case; I had a difficult case but they were confident they could figure it out and they did. From the front desk, through the financial conversation and treatment options, from Dr. Ben and his assistants to the marvelous final results it was all smooth and pleasant process. I highly recommend the clinic and the professionals here."
- Viviane P.
"Years of depression took a toll on my teeth. After seeing commercials for Concierge Dental, I did some research and went in for my initial consultation. Long story short, my teeth are now clean, my periodontal disease is under control, problem teeth have been extracted, and my temporary bridge is in place. I haven't felt and looked this good in years."
- Matthew D.
"Dr. Ben and his staff is amazing. They're sweet and very professional. I love it here and would recommend this dentist to everyone I know. They really take care of you here. I had to get my wisdom tooth removed and Dr. Ben was very quick and gentle it was out in like 3 minutes. I'm very impressed with the service I received here."

Dental Implant FAQ

A dental implant has three parts: the titanium screw; the crown, or tooth; and the part between them.

That depends. Do you need one or two? Or do you need dentures? We can do a range of things, each at a different cost— ranging anywhere from $1000 – $25,000. The best way to get a sense of what your implant will cost is to come in for a consultation.   Once we parse your insurance, look in your mouth, and do x-rays, we can say what you need and calculate the price. But it’s only an estimate at that point, because as we proceed, we may encounter any number of unforeseen complications, such as the need for bone grafts.
To a degree. There is no single way to do an implant. Though you may think you want one thing, you may opt for something else once we list the available options, such as a mini-implant.
What is a mini-implant? A mini-implant is smaller, requires a less-involved procedure, and isn’t as time-consuming or costly. It’s possible to do people a disservice by giving them a cost ahead of time. You need to put a little asterisk on it.

Yes! We offer a wide array of financing and payment options tailored to fit most budgets.

Quite possibly. More insurance companies today are covering implants because the procedure is now so common. But this isn’t a simple yes-or-no question. Some insurance plans pay only for the implant. Some pay only for the crown. Some pay for the implant but not for the tooth extraction you need to prepare you for it.

We work with a number of insurance providers at all four of our Western New York offices. But if you don’t have insurance or your plan doesn’t cover an implant, we work with you to make it possible. In addition to offering third-party financing, we also have an in-house option for patients with credit issues.

Tooth-color restorations are essentially fillings that we can do on any tooth in the mouth and make sure that it looks good and matches. We spend a lot of money building inventories of different shades so that we can make sure they match. That’s an important thing for us, to deliver a nice aesthetic result.

Yes. Traditional implants require a certain amount of bone volume. The mini-implants we offer don’t require so much. And they’re less expensive.

Bridges are an alternative to dental implants. If you’re missing some teeth you can use those on either side as anchors instead of the implant as anchors. The bridge can go over the adjacent teeth and fill in the space so it looks like an individual tooth.

Cosmetic dentistry is what we do. Everything is cosmetic dentistry here, whether it’s a denture, whether it’s veneers, whether it’s an implant. The patient wants to have a good smile in most cases. And we want to deliver an amazing smile, the smile of their dreams.

As with most medical procedures, local anesthesia is administered to ensure there is no feeling in the area during surgery. In the next few days following the procedure, there may be mild discomfort or dull pain. However, most patients express that the pain is far less than they had anticipated.
