Dr. Benjamin Oppenheimer
Dr. Benjamin D. Oppenheimer is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. There, he received a Dean’s letter for Academic Excellence as well as the International Congress of Oral Implantologists award. He is now one of the leading experts in the world on Mini Dental Implants and a fellow of the ICOI. He has taught thousands of dentists to use minis and has served as a consultant to the IMTEC Corporation, the original manufacturer of the MDI product as well as Dental Tech Laboratories, Evolution Dental, Global Dental Sciences, Implant Direct and 3M ESPE. He currently is a key opinion leader for dental implants to Sterngold.
Dr. Oppenheimer is also the author of a number of scientific journal articles on the subjects of dental implants, bone grafting, mini dental implants and Cone Beam CT for dentistry. As well as offering dental implants, Dr. Ben provides all aspects of patient care for adults and children in Williamsville, NY a suburb of Buffalo. He focuses on dental implant treatment in his Buffalo office. Dr. Oppenheimer has also served as a business consultant for Jenius Industries Inc. and VBS Holdings LLC. He currently is a Member of Apex Dental Solutions, LLC, a mini dental implant marketing company.
Dr. Benjamin E. Hauer
As a general dentist, Benjamin E Hauer, DDS enjoys providing many areas of care including preventative and restorative treatment, root canals, implants, crowns, and bridgework. Dr. Hauer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from SUNY Binghamton. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Science degree at the University at Buffalo where he received a number of recognitions for strong academic and clinical skills. Dr. Hauer completed his residency at Erie County Medical Center where he excelled in the General Practice Residency program and the Oral/Head and Neck Oncology program. Dr. Hauer is a Buffalo transplant, originally from eastern Long Island, who fell in love with the region as a student. He can often be found enjoying the many events our city has to offer. As an outdoor enthusiast he paddle-boards, skis, and races bicycles around Buffalo.
Dr. Jessica Blakely
Dr. Blakely graduated from the Howard University College of Medicine in 2009. As a general dentist, Dr. Blakely offers fillings, extractions, crown and bridge, dentures, implants, cosmetic treatment, clear correct orthodontics, and nitrous oxide.
Dr. Allan Siu
Dr. Allan Siu graduated in 2018 from the School of Dental Medicine at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He moved to Buffalo, NY after he completed a General Practice Residency at BronxCare Hospital Systems in Bronx, NY. As a general dentist Dr. Allan is dedicated to helping his patients preserve their healthy smiles and to replace teeth destroyed by diseases of the oral cavity. Dr. Allan is a member of the American Dental Association. He believes in continually honing his skills and learning about new techniques and technology in order to provide his patients with a high standard of care. In his free time, Dr. Allan likes to cook, play with his adorable dogs and play computer games. He also likes to stay active by kayaking and gardening.
Dr. David Cappuccio is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and earned his MBA from St. Bonaventure University. He is the founder of Seneca Ridge Dental and has built a reputation for combining compassionate patient care with advanced digital dentistry and modern clinical workflows. Dr. Cappuccio focuses on comprehensive treatment planning and utilizes technologies including CBCT imaging, intraoral scanning, same-day crowns, guided implant surgery, and in-house digital manufacturing to provide efficient, high-quality care for his patients.
Dr. Cappuccio provides comprehensive dental care for adults and children throughout Western New York and has extensive experience in restorative dentistry, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, and digital treatment workflows. He is passionate about creating a welcoming patient experience while helping patients achieve long-term oral health through education, prevention, and personalized treatment planning. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Cappuccio has led the growth and development of multiple dental offices and is actively involved in advancing operational systems, digital integration, and team development within modern dental practices. He is excited to help lead the merger of Seneca Ridge Dental and Concierge Dental Group, bringing together two patient-centered organizations focused on exceptional dentistry, advanced technology, and outstanding service for the Western New York community.
Outside of dentistry, David Cappuccio enjoys spending time with his three children and staying actively involved in the Western New York community. His interests include soccer, fitness, travel, technology, and continuing education, and he is passionate about personal growth, leadership, and building meaningful relationships both inside and outside of the office.
Dr. Nicholas Rodo
Dr. Nicholas Rodo is a native of Buffalo, New York and was educated at the State University of New York at Buffalo. After earning Cum Laude honors as an undergraduate biology major, Dr. Rodo participated in laboratory research and served as a volunteer in the dental department at ECMC. Dr. Rodo went on to graduate from SUNYAB School of Dental Medicine, being fully accredited and licensed to practice in 1985.
Dr. Rodo was awarded the prestigious Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2001 and presently lectures and teaches dentists nationally. Dr. Rodo has also been awarded the Mastership in 2006. This award is the highest honor available in the AGD and one of the most respected designations in the profession. Dr. Rodo was also awarded the Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in 2012 and Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2014.

Dr. Raymond Hoon
Dr. Raymond Hoon moved to Buffalo in 2009 to attend college, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University at Buffalo. He then pursued his passion for dentistry, completing four years of dental training at Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, graduating in 2018.
Following his formal education, Dr. Raymond enhanced his skills with a year of residency training at St. Joseph’s Health Hospital in Syracuse, NY, finishing in 2019. Since then, he has returned to Buffalo, NY, where he currently practices dentistry.
Dr. Raymond is dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care and strives to meet his patients’ dental needs in a comfortable and stress-free environment. He offers a wide range of dental services, ensuring personalized care for each patient.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Raymond enjoys music and festivals, hiking, traveling, and cheering for the local sports teams.

Dr. Zahawi is a proud graduate of Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, where he earned his degree Summa Cum Laude and received the Dean’s Letter for Academic Excellence in recognition of his outstanding performance. Always eager to grow, he went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at UCLA, sharpening his skills in advanced procedures and patient-focused care.
Since 2017, Dr. Zahawi has been helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through a wide range of services — from fillings, crowns, and root canals to dentures, guided implant placement, veneers, and full smile makeovers. He believes great dentistry blends science, skill, and a genuine connection with patients. His approach is all about combining clinical excellence with compassionate care, making sure each patient feels comfortable and heard.
