Why Should I Consider Getting Dental Implants?
Improve Chewing
If loose, broken, or missing teeth are making it difficult or painful to chew, dental implants are a perfect option.
Smile with Confidence
Tired of covering your mouth when you smile or laugh? Implants can instantly replace embarrassment or shame.
Improve Oral Health
Poor oral health can result in additional issues, like bad breath or heart problems. Implants can help to rectify that.
Dentistry Redefined
The dental implants at Concierge Dental Group are small, sturdy, titanium posts that are designed to replace the root structure of a naturally growing tooth. During the dental implant treatment, a small titanium metal rod is implanted into the jaw bone, where it effectively fuses with the bone, providing stable support for any number of dental prosthetics.
Once properly stabilized, dental implants are designed to hold a crown, bridge or over-denture in place just like the root of a natural tooth. Dental implants at Concierge Dental Group are used frequently to replace single teeth or a full set of teeth for a natural look and feel.
In-House Cutting-Edge Technology
Gone are the days of goopy impressions and waiting months for your implants to arrive.
We use 3D imaging to simulate a model of the mouth. Digital impressions are faster and more accurate– requiring fewer remakes and visits. Additionally, because 3D imaging helps us better understand your bone structure, it ensures a safer procedure.
By utilizing digital technology in our office, we are able to place implants immediately.

Dental Implant FAQ
A dental implant has three parts: the titanium screw; the crown, or tooth; and the part between them.
What is a mini-implant? A mini-implant is smaller, requires a less-involved procedure, and isn’t as time-consuming or costly. It’s possible to do people a disservice by giving them a cost ahead of time. You need to put a little asterisk on it.
Yes! We offer a wide array of financing and payment options tailored to fit most budgets.
Quite possibly. More insurance companies today are covering implants because the procedure is now so common. But this isn’t a simple yes-or-no question. Some insurance plans pay only for the implant. Some pay only for the crown. Some pay for the implant but not for the tooth extraction you need to prepare you for it.
We work with a number of insurance providers at all four of our Western New York offices. But if you don’t have insurance or your plan doesn’t cover an implant, we work with you to make it possible. In addition to offering third-party financing, we also have an in-house option for patients with credit issues.
Tooth-color restorations are essentially fillings that we can do on any tooth in the mouth and make sure that it looks good and matches. We spend a lot of money building inventories of different shades so that we can make sure they match. That’s an important thing for us, to deliver a nice aesthetic result.

Yes. Traditional implants require a certain amount of bone volume. The mini-implants we offer don’t require so much. And they’re less expensive.
Bridges are an alternative to dental implants. If you’re missing some teeth you can use those on either side as anchors instead of the implant as anchors. The bridge can go over the adjacent teeth and fill in the space so it looks like an individual tooth.
Cosmetic dentistry is what we do. Everything is cosmetic dentistry here, whether it’s a denture, whether it’s veneers, whether it’s an implant. The patient wants to have a good smile in most cases. And we want to deliver an amazing smile, the smile of their dreams.
As with most medical procedures, local anesthesia is administered to ensure there is no feeling in the area during surgery. In the next few days following the procedure, there may be mild discomfort or dull pain. However, most patients express that the pain is far less than they had anticipated.
