Types of messages: Patients of Concierge Dental Group, PLLC can expect to receive text messages about their care, including appointment reminders and confirmations, links to forms to complete before a visit, reminders when a cleaning or checkup is due, follow-ups after a visit (including a request for feedback about the visit), and replies to messages and general inquiries they send us. These messages are business-related and are not used to send advertising.

How you join: You agree to receive these messages when you give us your mobile number and ask to be contacted by text, for example on a patient form, when scheduling, or by texting one of our office numbers. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of receiving care.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please do not use text messages for a dental emergency: call (716) 333-3333, or call 911 or go to an emergency room for a medical emergency.
