This policy explains how Concierge Dental Group, PLLC and its affiliated dental practices (together, "Concierge Dental Group," "we," "us") handle information we collect through this website and through our text messaging program.
Your dental and health information is protected health information under HIPAA. Information you give us. When you request an appointment, fill out a form, call, or text us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the reason for your visit.

Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools, including analytics and security services, to understand how the site is used and to keep it working and secure. Some of these tools are provided by marketing partners and may collect information about your visit, such as the pages viewed and the device and browser used, so that we can reach households in our area with information about our offices, including by mail.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to you, schedule and confirm appointments, send the messages you have agreed to receive, provide care, and improve this website.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our practice (for example, our phone and text messaging provider and our scheduling systems), when required by law, or as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Consent: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
