Newest Dental Technology 

One of the most exciting things that are happening in dentistry is dental technology. And I can’t say enough about the excitement that I’m having around 3D printing. We just had a huge new 3D printing system installed in one of our offices, and it can be used to model and mock-up potential, smile designs for our patients. 

It can be used to fabricate temporaries. It can be used to rapidly prototype a sample of smiles for patients. It can be used to rapidly replace a temporary that broke or a denture that broke.  

By using rapid prototyping and rapid fabrication using 3D printing technologies in the dental practices – this is just cutting-edge stuff, and there’s so much on the horizon for how we can use this technology.
